This is my latest work, that utilizes a Diablo 3 globe mod for Health/Mana totals among other add ons.

I didn't make any of the mods... just found them and configured them to my liking. I'd be willing to put a package up for anyone who would like a copy, just let me know. :D
(Resolution is 1680 x 1050)

If you could let me know how to get the Health/Energy bars like that, i'd use it! But the rest would throw me off :P

the health/energy bars come from an addon called FuBar or something like that i think :P

The health/power bars is an addon called DHUD

http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/dhud2.aspx

It has a stock setting like in the screenshot on the curse website I linked above, you can offset any text you want in the config settings to your liking.


Just download the add on off the curse site, then unzip the file into your WoW/Interface/Add Ons file and you'll be good to go.
